3.22 brings a host of new features for your contact center, enhancing agent experience and boosting omni-channel capabilities.
We’re pleased to announce the general availability of the most recent version of the jtel Portal, 3.22. This brings together a number of recent enhancements that improve user experience, embrace new digital channels and enable new integration opportunities.
For example, it now includes both Teams and WhatsApp integration, which brings both professional and social tools into the omni-channel experience. In addition, we’ve improved the chat functions for agents, adding new file sharing capabilities. For example, you can now include a variety of file formats – such as audio, video, pictures and PDFs, as well as exchange emoticons. Depending on the web browser used by your agents, files can be previewed in the chat window.
So, agents can enhance their customer dialogue, by exchanging assets and images to help drive the conversation.
There’s a host of new features that are designed to enrich agent experience and enable more efficient customer interaction, backed by an enhanced API for integration with your back-office systems.
