The jtel-team practices shooting

The jtel team traditionally met at the beginning of the year in Garmisch-Partenkirchen for the kickoff. We diligently practiced our curling shots amongst ourselves, knowing that we will unite our aim to shoot against the competition – together with our partners.

Besides fun and games in the unfortunately quite green Garmisch, a lot of work was successfully accomplished again. New modules, solutions and processes kept the jtel-team busy. This year, exciting topics are on the roadmap, driven by our innovative CEO Lewis Graham and his expert development team.

In the contact center industry, buzzwords such as "automation", "digital transformation" and "process optimization" are on everyone's lips. Every year, customer requirements for speech analysis and quality management increase. Recurring processes are to be automated in order to increase efficiency in the contact center. jtel is driving the development of a task manager to automate processes. This tool can be used, for example, to ensure end-to-end monitoring.

We are looking forward to 2023, because we are very well prepared and ready for action!
