Build The Bot Days is a competition! Once again, jtel has assembled a distinguished jury to set the rules and ultimately crown a winner. The judges base their decisions on a carefully developed catalogue of criteria. It defines clear measures such as fulfilment of requirements, customer orientation (customer experience), response accuracy and, ultimately, the business case. Let the games begin! Meet our jury:

Martin Bürstenbinder is Managing Director of VAF Bundesverband Telekommunikation. With around 200 member companies, the association represents Germany’s ICT systems integrator sector. Martin is editor-in-chief of several specialist publications and magazines. At Germany’s Federal Network Agency, he chairs the Telecommunications Technology Committee. He initiated the creation of VAF’s new specialist division for artificial intelligence and communication. Martin is a passionate networker and communicator.

Annkatrin Touchie is a project manager in customer service at the NEXT NOZ Expert Team (Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung), where she drives digitalisation with tremendous energy. As a tech-savvy implementer, she leads AI and automation projects, makes processes more efficient and delivers tangible, measurable cost savings. Drawing on her experience as a jtel power user and bot expert, she is the driving force behind the introduction of smart customer service systems.

Detlev Artelt is Managing Director of aixvox GmbH and founder of the Neuwork consultancy network. Since 2016, he has supported companies through digital transformation. Among other roles, he leads expert groups at EuroCloud Deutschland and the eco Association. As an international speaker and moderator, he also publishes on digitalisation and modern communication. He is the editor of several specialist publications, including the compendium “Einfach Anders Arbeiten”, the “voice compass” book series and PRAXISTIPPS Kundenkommunikation.
