From an idea to a production-ready bot
As part of the jtel User Group, five jtel customers will meet at jtel in Ottobrunn on November 18 and 19, 2026 for a two-day hackathon. Each organization will bring its own idea for a bot designed to ease the workload of everyday service operations.
With support from the jtel development team, those ideas will become working bots. A panel of experts will recognize the strongest solutions before the teams take their own chat or voice bot back into their organizations for real-world use.
