We would like to expand the jtel User Group for customers and partners to enable knowledge sharing and learning among each other. Offer solutions and support. Respond to specific questions from our users that are asked during or before the event. As well as to facilitate networking and relationship building among each other and last but not least to influence product development ;-). Die jtel User Group ist eine geschlossene Community, in der jtel-Kunden und Partner gemeinsam mit dem jtel-Team, aber auch untereinander Best Practice austauschen. We regularly invite people to meetings and organise training courses.
Events (jtel User Group Events)
User Group events usually take place at the customer’s premises or at jtel HQ in Munich. The highlights of these meetings are always presentations by customers from a wide range of industries, who present their company, their specific use cases and their individual jtel installation. The main focus here is on special features in routing, database connections, reports or sometimes something completely different. jtel uses the user group to report news from service, support and development. An open QA session towards the end of the events has become a well-established custom.
Webinar (jtel User Group Webinar)
To avoid long journeys, participants can also take part remotely via Zoom. In addition, jtel regularly organises short technical webinars as part of the User Group. As part of this series, we provide presentations and training courses on various jtel topics free of charge. Participants in the User Group receive access to the jtel Academy training platform. Here, members can access past webinars in the form of videos and view the calendar of planned events.
