jtel Training jtel stands for simple handling. In order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction, a customised service strategy is required first. As soon as this is in place, a jtel system can be set up or customised. Our training courses focus on translating the strategy into practical call and workflows. Interventions are also often unavoidable during operation in order to fulfil daily requirements. This requires knowledge. Regardless of whether you work with jtel as an administrator, supervisor or integration partner – adequate knowledge will give you and your organisation the necessary confidence in using the system. Every jtel system installation is followed by customised training, usually on site at the customer’s premises. In addition, we offer standardised training courses for specific target groups for which we adapt the training to the needs, prior knowledge (basic or advanced knowledge) and experience of the participants. This increases the relevance and effectiveness of the training content.
Clear learning objectives: Every training course should start with clear, measurable and achievable learning objectives. These objectives provide the framework and help to evaluate the success of the training. In a ‘Basic training course’, for example, we try to ensure that every participant understands the basics and the interaction of the jtel components and can reproduce them. The ‘Advanced training courses’ then focus on the media channels based on this, from e-mail, chat and bots through to the RESTful API. The training content follows the logical structure of the jtel Portal application. This makes it easy for participants to follow the material. The interactive participation of the participants through group work and practical exercises promotes commitment and the processing of the learning content. The training therefore always follows practical examples that help participants to integrate what they have learnt into their everyday work. Realistic scenarios and case studies increase the applicability of what has been learnt. Our trainers are not only technically competent, but also experienced in countless use cases and, in case of doubt, close to the source of information in order to respond to the needs of the participants even in the case of tricky questions in the follow-up..
