Registration for the next User Group Event
User Group events usually take place at the customer’s premises or at jtel HQ in Munich. Sometimes also remotely via a Zoom meeting. Highlights of these meetings include presentations by customers from a wide range of industries, who present their company, their specific use cases and their individual jtel installation. The main focus here is on special features in routing, database connections, reports or sometimes something completely different. jtel uses the user group to report news from service, support and development. An open QA session towards the end of the events has become a well-established custom.
We cordially invite you to the next jtel User Group Event :
Date: Wednesday & Thursday, 26–27 November 2025, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The following schedule is planned:
Day 1: 9:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Reception, welcome, at jtel premises in Ottobrunn, Alte Landstr. 29
- Mutual introduction with the respective bot project, distribution of workstations, setup
- Hackathon – Build Your Own Bot Part 1. Participants develop their individual bots with the help of the jtel technical team
- End of Day 1, dinner together
Day 2: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Hackathon – Build Your Own Bot Part 2. Finalisation of individual bots, testing, evaluation by jury
- Evening event Presentation of results, Bavarian evening with award ceremony.
Objective: Knowledge transfer and construction of your own bot on your own jtel system.
