This individual on-site or remote training course is aimed at companies that want to professionally implement individual reporting requirements based on their own jtel ACD database. The focus is not on imparting standard knowledge, but on working directly on your own processes, key figures and systems – together with experts from your company.

Procedure:

• 2 ½ days of training online remotely or on-site (20 working hours)
  – ½ day of training Introduction for internal participants – basic knowledge of jtel ACD
  – 2 days of training, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day
  Introduction to the database structure, initial scenarios, report creation in the BI tool
  In-depth training: media events, key figures, agent status times, reports
• 2 PT online remote quota for preparatory and follow-up work (16 working hours)
  – Preparation, documentation & follow-up
  – Possible expansion of infrastructure (e.g. slave instance)

Note: Depending on the number of departments and complexity, the training can be expanded in modules (e.g. 6–7 days of training for multiple teams).

Location:

Online remote training or on-site training at the customer’s premises

Number of participants:

Maximum of 3 participants (e.g. 1x department, 2x technology)

Requirements:

• System access at least read access to a slave database instance.
• Access to the customer system and BI tool must be guaranteed in advance.
• Knowledge of SQL and mySQL on the customer side is desirable.
• Participation with your own notebook
• jtel system licence 106016 jtel-ACD database access per customer system.
• jtel uses its own notebook on site for training (internet access)
