The aim of the training is to provide you with in-depth knowledge of the jtel data structure, the most important key figures, and how to create meaningful reports and diagrams – all based on realistic ACD scenarios.

Ideal for teams from departments such as reporting, controlling, sales or IT who actively work with jtel data and want to integrate it into third-party tools (e.g. BI systems).

Training content:

  • Understanding ACD processes: From call simulations to supervisor/agent views
  • Analysing the jtel database: structure: tables, columns, processes
  • Apply standard metrics according to jtel Wiki
  • Create reports and diagrams with BI tools and graphical tools
  • Derive key figures yourself for individual requirements
  • Optional: Customizing-Tag zur gemeinsamen Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Reports

Number of participants

Recommended: max. 3 persons (e.g. 1x department, 2x reporting)

Technical Requirements

  • Slave database instance available (read-only access)
  • Access to the customer system and BI tool must be guaranteed in advance.
  • Knowledge of SQL and mySQL on the customer side is desirable.
  • jtel uses its own notebook on site for training purposes.
