At the 2-day event ‘jtel Build The Bot Days 2024’, 5 jtel customers (Stuttgarter Versicherung Holding AG, Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V., htp GmbH, NEXT NOZ Expert Team GmbH & Co. KG, and wedi GmbH) came to Ottobrunn with one goal – to build their own bot. All participating customers had different bot ideas, some had voice bot ideas and others had chat bot ideas. During the 2-day event, the creative bot ideas were turned into reality with the help of the jtel system and the jtel experts and all participants were able to proudly return to their companies with their self-built bot.
