Day 1: 14:00 – 18:00

• Introduction, presentation of all available jtel modules
• Basics and configuration of MS Teams integration in jtel
• Chat basics and configuration as a multichannel module
• Practical exercises Chat with error analyses

Day 2: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Basics and configuration of e-mail as a multichannel module
• Basics and configuration of dialler as a multichannel module
• Practical exercises and questions with error analyses
• General error analyses, call logs, troubleshooting

Day 3: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

• Basics of REST queries for backend integration (e.g. CRM) and IVR GUIv
• Practical exercise REST and questions with error analyses
• Practical troubleshooting exercise
