Build The Bot Days are a competition! jtel was once again able to attract a top-class jury to announce the rules of the game and ultimately choose a winner. The basis for the impartial judges is an elaborate catalog of criteria. This defines clear characteristics, such as fulfillment of the requirement, customer orientation (customer experience), response accuracy and ultimately the business case. Let the games begin!
Below is our jury:

Martin Bürstenbinder is Managing Director of VAF Bundesverband Telekommunikation. With around 200 member companies, the association represents the ICT system house sector in Germany. Martin is editor-in-chief of various specialist publications and magazines. He is head of the Telecommunications Technology Committee at the Federal Network Agency. He initiated the establishment of the new “Artificial Intelligence and Communication” department at the VAF. Martin is a great networker and communicator.

Annkatrin Touchie is a project manager in customer service for the NEXT NOZ Expert Team (Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung) and is driving digitalisation forward with full force. As a tech-savvy doer, she is responsible for AI and automation projects, designs more efficient processes and ensures noticeable and measurable cost savings. With her experience as a jtel power user and bot expert, she is the driving force behind the introduction of smart systems in customer service.

Detlev Artelt is managing director of aixvox GmbH and founder of the consulting network Neuwork. He has been supporting companies in their digital transformation since 2016. He manages a.o. Competence groups at EuroCloud Germany and the eco association. As an international speaker and moderator, he also publishes on digitalization and modern communication. He is the editor of several specialist publications such as the compendium “Einfach Anders Arbeiten”, the specialist book series “voice compass” and PRAXISTIPPS Kundenkommunikation.
