This year at the CCW (Call Center World) 2016 in Berlin, the company jtel, together with Google and Comm, is presenting purely web-based virtual call center workstations. By using WebRTC, they can do without telephones and PC systems. In this case, inexpensive Google Chrome devices such as the Chromebox or Chromebook are used as replacements.
This means that as a hosted cloud solution or as an on-site installation, the most complex customer service requirements can be mapped, from the integration of the CRM or ticket system to the self-service module for calling customers.
Extensive monitoring of the call center agents by the supervisors and graphical display on the wallboard are of course also part of the scope of services.
Contact persons are available to you at the jtel stand in Hall 2, Stand B16 and at the commehr stand in Hall 2, Stand D26a from February 23rd to 25th in the Estrel Congress Messe Center Berlin.
