Artificial intelligence and automation are the key topics of the future in customer service. jtel customers have an excellent platform for integrating chat bots, voice bots and live agents easily and cost-effectively! The next level in the service centre is now within reach.
As part of the jtel user group, on the 20th and 21st of November 2024 five jtel customers in Ottobrunn at jtel for a hackathon. Condition: Each organisation has to come up with its own idea for a bot that will make everyday service work easier. The bot ideas are realised with the support of the jtel dev team. The best bots will be honoured by an expert jury before it’s time to launch the self-created chat bot or voice bot solution in your own company.’
