Version 3.22 includes a variety of new features for your contact center.

We are pleased to announce the general availability of the latest version of the jtel portal, 3.22. This release includes a number of innovations that improve the user experience, open up new digital channels and enable new integrations.

For example, it now includes Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp integration, bringing both professional and social tools to the omni-channel experience. We’ve also improved agent chat features and added new file sharing features. For example, you can now include a variety of file formats such as audio, video, images and PDFs and also exchange emoticons. Depending on the web browser the agent is using, files may also be previewed in the chat window.
