The jtel Academy training platform is born.

Our aim is to provide jtel users, our customers and our partners with a growing learning platform as part of our user group, in which we offer knowledge about the jtel platform. We are still developing this platform and the number of courses will increase. In future, our customers will be able to access standardised and recurring training courses, such as agent training, online, depending on their user licence. Customised training courses are also being considered. In addition, the jtel Academy also provides us with a platform for the exchange of information within jtel user groups.
