Unified communications expert joins our team and brings insights, knowledge and experience to jtel

It’s always nice to welcome new faces to our team, but it’s with great pleasure that we announce that an old friend has become our new COO. Leo Steinbauer, who is well-known in the communications industry, joins our team and brings with him a wealth of experience.

In addition to his expertise in the areas of unified communications, contact centers and product management, Leo also has extensive experience in various industries. – including the hotel industry and healthcare. For jtel, as a company that serves specialists in numerous areas, this is of enormous importance because Leo helps us gain deeper insights into specific problems faced by companies in different areas.

Leo began his career in 1995, as a graduate of the prestigious “Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne” – or “EHL” for short – one of the world’s leading hospitality training centers. While building his professional experience at the luxury hotel chain Four Seasons, he became aware of the increasing importance of IT in supporting key operational processes such as: B. accounting, pay attention.

Taking advantage of this opportunity, he led the development of new innovations in workforce planning and hotel software using SAP, which involved a move to South Africa before returning to Europe in 2001. At ComTelco Group, Leo took on the role of COO of the customer service and support center covering Germany, Belgium and the UK.

In the following ten years, Leo took on a number of management positions at well-known solution providers, including Siemens and NFON.

During this time, he also expanded his expertise into healthcare, developing successful offerings that met industry-specific customer needs and helped drive product optimization and business growth.

In addition to being on the front lines, Leo has also been active on the user and provider sides of the community. All of this means he will make an exciting contribution to our team. We have worked with Leo many times over the years and are very pleased that he has joined us. His knowledge is second to none and will help us further develop our solutions offering and provide innovative solutions to our user community.
