Sales partner training successfully carried out

jtel offers its sales partners training on the jtel system for call center solutions at regular intervals.

Excellent customer advice and customer support require special knowledge, which is imparted in three-day training courses at jtel’s headquarters in Munich. In addition to the specialist knowledge of service numbers, ACD groups, agents and call flows, many practical exercises are carried out. It has been shown that the practical exercises in particular ensure the transfer of know-how.

Two training sessions were held in May 2019 and the experts agreed that it was very in-depth, but worth it in order to really be able to provide customers with added value.
