The jtel User Group – a Community for You

The first meeting of the new jtel User Group took place in June and proved to be a great success. More than 40 customers and partners took part in the online event and exchanged insights, experiences and tips. The participants heard the latest news from the jtel team and JobRad presented an excellent case study.

CEO Lewis Graham opened the event and provided updates on the latest Teams integration, as well as news on cloud deployment options and other integration opportunities. Lewis highlighted the increasing importance of APIs for integration with other systems and highlighted how the contact center is becoming an integral part of connected workflows and processes.

This was reflected in the many discussions about data sharing and reporting. Users are increasingly interested in exporting reporting data to business intelligence systems in order to be able to create reports independently. Digital integration and eliminating data silos is critical to effective transformation. Therefore, it is no surprise that this topic caught everyone’s attention.

JobRad – the innovative bicycle leasing company for employers and employees – has been a satisfied jtel customer since 2018. In their presentation, speakers Ralf Linka and Michal Dub explained the reasons for the use and emphasized the improved perspective that results from the service center – and the closer integration between different systems in the IT infrastructure.

The focus on “Tips and Tricks” was particularly interesting. Here it was shown how jtel users can easily adapt and optimize the system themselves in order to achieve the greatest benefit in the long term. And that is exactly a key motivation for the new user group. We want to give our users the opportunity to share ideas and best practice examples and exchange tips. The first event was a success with great feedback: more than 90% of participants said they wanted to come back!

The next event will take place in October – hopefully in a hybrid model so we can meet both in person and online.

In addition, we will create a platform through which you can interact more effectively with other jtel users.

We would like to thank all participants and will soon announce new information regarding the community platform.
