Successful CCW2013 for JTEL in Berlin

JTEL would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the many good discussions at the CCW in Berlin and your interest in our (new) solutions. Our call centre in a box and WebRTC approaches were the focus of particular interest. The former was seen as a successful alternative to the previous developments of a call centre solution – away from the standard PBX – towards a software-only variant. The topic of WebRTC, on the other hand, seemed to be something that many visitors were not yet aware of in all its possibilities, but increasingly mutated into an eye-catcher and arouser of interest. We are planning a series of blogs on this topic and will continue to report on further news and developments in this area.
