jtel Kick-Off 2023

The jtel team trains their shooting!

The jtel team traditionally met at the beginning of the year in Garmisch-Partenkirchen for the kickoff. We have been diligently practicing (curling) shooting among ourselves, because from now on we want to shoot against the others again – together with our partners.

In addition to fun and games in Garmisch, which was unfortunately quite green, there was again a lot of successful work. New modules, solution approaches and processes kept the jtel team on its toes. This year there are exciting topics on the roadmap, driven forward by our innovative managing director Lewis Graham and his development team.

In the contact center industry, buzzwords such as “automation”, “digital transformation” and “process optimization” are on everyone’s lips. Every year, customer requirements regarding speech analysis and quality management increase. Recurring processes should be automated to increase efficiency in the contact center. To this end, jtel is developing a task manager to automate processes. This tool can be used, for example, to ensure end-to-end monitoring.

We are very much looking forward to 2023. We are well prepared and already warmed up!
