The jtel system can be extensively administered. Every jtel administrator should be able to intervene in the routing process. Sometimes an announcement needs to be changed quickly (perhaps via text-to-speech), or the general routing needs to be changed for the works meeting. Whatever the individual challenges are, a jtel administrator training course will prepare you for such cases.
