Europe’s leading industry trade fair, CallCenterWorld, opens its doors on 26 February 2013 at the Estrel Convention Center in Berlin. Visitors can expect more than 60 international speakers and 250 exhibitors.

The Munich-based software company JTEL will be presenting its complete product range for call centres, service providers and network operators. Traditionally, the software-based ACD, IVR, routing and conference products are operated locally in the call centre or in the network of a service number provider. This year’s highlight is the first presentation of the products in a version for operation in the cloud.

The universal web portal, in which telecommunications operators can present all services to their customers in a standardised look and feel, will also be on show. Existing ACD and IVR systems are integrated into the portal. This allows existing and new services to be offered via the Internet with minimal investment.

Another highlight is the conference solution. The already extremely powerful conference call platform with up to 3,840 participants on one system has been expanded to include data sharing and collaboration functions. In addition, calls from the telephone network can now be connected simultaneously with calls from the Internet in a conference.
