What would a competition be without a competent, critical and independent jury? The jtel Build The Bot participants and organisers warmly welcome three industry personalities:

Martin Bürstenbinder, Managing Director of VAF Bundesverband, spokesperson for the jury

Martin Bürstenbinder is Managing Director of VAF Bundesverband Telekommunikation. With around 200 member companies, the association represents the ICT system house sector in Germany.

Martin is editor-in-chief of various specialist publications and magazines. He heads the Telecommunications Technology Committee at the Federal Network Agency. This summer, he initiated the establishment of the new ‘Artificial Intelligence and Communication’ department at the VAF. Martin is a great networker and communicator.

Olena Iosifova is CEO of Ender Turing. She has more than 15 years of experience in management and AI research. Olena focuses on simplifying and visualising complex customer interaction data. Ender Turing’s Quality Management Suite enables C-level business leaders to gain deep insights into daily customer interactions.

Markus Kugler has extensive IT expertise, particularly in the responsibility for call centre locations, including the implementation of modern contact centre solutions such as Avaya and jtel. He managed a site in Bulgaria on an interim basis and spent 24 years as site manager and managing director.

He built up strong, long-term customer partnerships and coordinated projects for sectors such as distance selling, automotive, public transport, food retail, print media and eCommerce. His extensive knowledge of IT management and customer service contributed significantly to the successful integration and optimisation of complex infrastructure.
