In the jtel technical short webinar on April 25, 2024, there were tangible solutions. Using concrete use cases, a motivated jtel team demonstrated how various service processes can be greatly simplified or even completely automated.

Automation with voice bot, chat bot (knowledge bot), live agent and quality management formed the potpourri of automation. Customer processes were simulated live, supported by AI in both voice and digital channels. ROI examples finally made the added value clear. We were pleasantly surprised by the record number of participants and the many questions and suggestions that arose from this.
